Cancellation Policy

At 8CED Details, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances can arise, necessitating changes to your scheduled appointments. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients efficiently, we have established the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 1. Cancellation Policy Notice Period: We require a minimum of 4 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment time will incur a 20% charge of the scheduled service fee. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. 2. Rescheduling Policy Notice Period: To reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 2 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made less than 2 hours before the appointment time will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same fees. Limitations: We allow up to 2 rescheduling requests per appointment. Additional rescheduling requests will be treated as cancellations. 3. How to Cancel or Reschedule Online: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment through our online booking system used to originally book your service. Exceptions We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. If you experience an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 5.
